Become a BIG

Apply. 
After inquiring, we will send you an application via mail or e-mail.

Interview. 
You will be invited to our office to meet with one of our Interview & Match Specialists. During this time, you will have an opportunity to learn about the Agency and our programs.

Background & Reference Checks. 
We conduct a thorough background check on each volunteer. If you are participating in our Community-Based Program, we will also verify your driving history. Additionally, you will be required to provide us with a minimum of three references who can confirm your ability to be a mentor.

Accepted & Matched.
If accepted into our program as a Big Brother or Big Sister, we will assess our wait list of children in your area and find a good fit for you. Please understand that sometimes finding an ideal match can take time – as we aim to form lasting relationships with each match we create.
